1. Authentic Handcrafted Nature & Organic Variations
All products featured on Anjora Handicrafts are genuine, handmade art forms created by traditional rural artisans across India. Because each piece is created by hand using natural materials (such as raw brass, seasoned timber, handmade cotton canvases, clay, and plant dyes):
- Slight subtle variations in color, tone, brush strokes, grain pattern, and minor dimension marks are characteristic of genuine handicraft work and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Photographs are taken under natural and studio illumination; slight monitor or screen calibration variances may exist.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the store are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR - ₹) and include applicable GST taxes unless explicitly noted. We reserve the right to revise catalog prices or discontinue products based on raw material availability and artisan scheduling.
3. Payment Terms & Razorpay Processing
Online orders are paid in full at the time of checkout via our authorized gateway Razorpay or directly confirmed via WhatsApp concierge. When you initiate a transaction via Razorpay, you agree to their terms and confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment card, UPI ID, or bank account utilized.
4. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement before dispatch by contacting customer support at orders@anjorahandicrafts.com or on our official WhatsApp number. Once an order has been packed and handed over to our insured courier partner, standard return policies apply.

The name "Anjora Handicrafts", our brand logo, website design, product descriptions, artisan narratives, and curated photography are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. No unauthorized commercial re-use or duplication is permitted.
